Black Bean Games has released the first video teaser of their upcoming WRC 2 title for the PC, Playstation 3 & Xbox 360.

Developed by Milestone, WRC 2 is the studio’ss second official World Rally Championship title following the maiden release last October.

The first trailer shows off some of the track conditions players get to challenge, WRC 2 will include 15 different locations and 90 stages to drive on.

In terms of cars, the new title will include both modern and historical rally machinery, going back all the way to 1960. WRC 2 will be released in October.

Alan Boiston of VVV Gamer has released some excellent new videos of Black Bean’s upcoming World Rally Championship title, showing us three stages of Rally Deutschland in full length as well as a closer look to the title’s menu interface.

The real Rally Deutschland is perhaps the WRC rally offering the most variety as stages range from runs through the ultra-narrow vineyards featuring plenty of hairpins to fast-flowing Saarland-area roads to the brutal 50-kilometer concrete Arena Panzerplatte stage – The longest in all of the WRC. The trailer blends real life WRC footage with gameplay action from the upcoming title, also included are sneak-peaks of the title’s menu interface.

Black Bean Games has also announced that the Australian Drum & Bass band Pendulum will be featured in the upcoming title. Pendulum music was also included in the video trailer but sadly got blocked out by Warner Music on Youtube, hence the missing audio in the trailer.

Black Bean Games has released new preview material of their upcoming World Rally Championship title for the PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.

Included are six new preview shots including one interior shot as well as a new video trailer, showing the WRC cars in action on various surfaces.

Furthermore, Alan Boiston of VVV Gamer has published a very interesting hands on article after trying the title at Milestone. Alan seems to be quite pleased with the physics on both the PC and consoles, comparing the handling to the early Colin McRae titles that earned that franchise a reputation among sim racers.

The screenshots mark the first time that we see another car than the Citroen C4 WRC as Ford’s Focus WRC can be checked out in the shots.

The developer video includes a behind the scenes look in the development studio as we get to check out first gameplay footage of the upcoming title.
