iGP Games has launched their iGP Manager, a free to play that allows players to manage their own racing game.

iGP Manager is a MMO manager game, featuring real-time strategy for up to two cars per team, dynamic weather and plenty of other features. The title is free to play with additional features available as part of the 2D pack.

While the free membership contains all base features of the title, the 2D live-action view you can see in the previews below is limited to users of the 2D pack.
