New Website

SimRoom.com is a solutions eStore for leading sim and game racing brands. We aim to provide products from parts to complete "ready to go" solutions.

  • Purchase parts such as a wheel, or the likes of our custom made G25 & G27 extension cables.
  • Purchase a solution you can build at home knowing all the parts will arrive and work.
  • Purchase a solution from a SimRoom Authorised Agent who has the installation and support skills.

Order tracking and order history is being implemented.

Live Chat and Skype features are there to provide comfort and assurance we are real and ready to help.

The VisionRacer product website has also had a make over with the eStore function now contained within SimRoom.com.

New Products

The VR3 'Black Label' model

The VR3 'Black Label' has been designed to bring an alternative look and new lower price point. The 'Black Label' features a high quality mild steel frame which has a satin powder coated finished. It has the same features as the new 'Chrome' model.

The difference is the 'Black Label' entry model comes with a black gloss fibre glass seat as standard. The carbon seat can be added as an upgrade at the time of purchase or as an upgrade at a later date.

The 'Black Label' with the carbon seat upgrade has been very popular from day 1.

Stock availability is in the US, Asia and Australasia with Europe to follow prior to Christmas.

The VR3 'Chrome' model

The 'Chrome' model is an updated version of the original VR3 launched two and half years ago. We took the clients feedback and user experiences to improve the 'Chrome' and 'Black Label' versions. Better quality, harder wearing components and materials have been used at no increase in the price.

For instance we increased the seat side plates to beef up the shifter stability. The LCD clamping bolts have been increased. We now actually manufacture our own bolts to our quality specification across the VR3 system.

The mounting points for the wheel and shifter are now located on independent adaptor plates so the VR3 now supports Logitech G series, Fanatec Wheels and Pedals and Thrustmaster T500-RS (pedals in F1 mode only).

The Carbon Fibre seat finish is standard on the 'Chrome' model.

Three Screen Stand

We have developed a 3 screen stand for 24" monitors. This has been tested with Viewsonic 24" LCD's and Alienware 2D/3D 23.5" screens. The screen position is fixed with spacers bringing the screen forward for alignment in the case of the Alienware. Centrally mounted Vesa 100 x 100mm mounts are required in the back of the screen.

The cables, as with VisionRacer products, run internally for a clean look.

We will bring the Three Screen Holder out as a Limited Edition in the first instance. We require around 50 commitments of an order or firm intent to finish the production and ship. Great with GT5, rFactor, iRacing!

We will bring out PC and PS3 GT5 packaged VR3's with 3 screens. More details to come...
